Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer's enquiries via email or phone calls
• Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
• Generate sales from customer's queries
• Resolve any customer's complaint and issue arise
• Attend to any questions or queries related to company's product
• Plan and allocate adequate manpower to complete assigned jobs
• Manage purchasing related matters as per customer's queries
• Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, or any related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Marine industry
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure

Other Information:

• Location: Tuas
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + AWS
