Job Scope:

• Create test strategies (for programs) and plans (Manual, automation, performance etc.)
• Drive consistency and standardization in test planning, test cases definition and execution and test management and reporting
• Log testing defects for errors encountered during test execution
• Provide clarifications to the developer on the logged error, track and report testing progress
• Collaborate with developers timely to analyze, debug, resolve design/code issue and help in code reviews
• Build Test Automation framework using Selenium
• Responsible for identifying bugs and communicating their business impacts to facilitate decision-making
• Provide Test Progress reports to stakeholder and Project teams

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Automated Testing and hands-on experience in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, JMeter etc.
• Good practical knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript or other programming languages in Windows or Linux environment
• Experience in agile development environment
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, using Atlassian Bamboo or other similar tools is advantageous
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst is afvantageous
