Job description:
* Work together with hiring manager to identify the needs and requirements for hiring
* Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing of candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offers and salary package
* Assist HRBP manager in recruitment matters
* Review rates, services, terms & conditions for recruitment channels
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for report manager and management review
* Attract qualified candidates and manage the talent pool at all times

* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Good understanding of Employment Act is preferred
