Job Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks to preparing and negotiating offers
- Working closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify talents needs and ensure smooth process for recruitment
- Update HRBP and hiring managers regarding recruitment progress and updates
- Constantly maintain a large candidate pool size
- Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms & conditions
- Prepare and amend job descriptions
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review

Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience of in-house recruitment is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Employment Act
