Job Purpose:

• Support on finance daily operations and to ensure compliance

Job Scope:

• Collate applications and track transcripts for SEP
• Verify applications and applicants' photographs
• Respond to Students' queries related to NG matters
• Prepare students' registration package
• Assist in Registration Part Two
• Updates of Student Records
• Process requests on new courses or changes in courses information

Satisfactory/ Unsatisfactory (S/U) Options:

• Assist in data preparation for the S/U Declaration exercise
• Process S/U appeals
• Respond to queries on S/U matters

Any other ad-hoc projects or administrative matters

Requirements:

• 'A' Level or Diploma
• Good command of written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., MS Excel, MS Word
• Organized and able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Team player with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$2K - S$2.8K per month
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Contract duration: 6-month contract
• Working days and hours: Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: Kent Ridge MRT
