Job Description:

• Play a key role in achieving the goals of the Singapore Hub and specifically Activity-Based Working (ABW). Contribute to the ABW project team.
• Deliver a warm welcome to visitors/guests and introduce them to the environment, ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly
• Set up & maintain the Singapore Hub (online & offline) employee network through active employee engagement, discussion forums and marketing of the network.
• Handle all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Provide facilities assistance such as office / building management, mailroom management and etc. (if required)
• Manage pantry / stationery orders
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
