Perform day to day Trade and Guarantee operations and take ownership of delivery for all deliverables while minimizing the occurrence of operational risks.
Operate, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and other colleagues both intra and inter-department.
Accurately review and process Trade and Guarantee applications and inward/outward payments and ensure delivery within SLA
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
Proactively learn other tasks to become familiar with the full operations flow.
Proactively seek out opportunities to assist other team members.
Ensure adherence to sanction's compliance, AML, and any local regulations
Participate in ongoing identification of process improvement initiatives, system enhancement and implementation related to trade finance operations.
Back up other colleagues in the team in accordance with back up arrangements as advised by managers.
Degree holder in banking or finance or in any related majors.
Ability to work independently and detail oriented.
Customer oriented and a can-do attitude
Capable of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and an excellent team player, systematic, analytical, and meticulous.
