Job Description
- Ownership for the entire reception area
- Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and employees
- Answer telephone, transfer calls and provide general assistance
- Handle stationery and pantry orders
- Handle all incoming and outgoing courier
- Inspect packages entering and leaving the buildings
- Monitor security systems at the post when applicable
- Register and provide a temporary badge
- Visually check employees and contractor photobadges
- Work closely with tea / pantry ladies
- Creation on Purchase Orders
- Respond to complaints and ensure proper escorts
- Ensure proper movement of company and personal property
- Support customer/site visits, tours or on-site training activities
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
- Minimum O Level with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Self-starter and strong teamwork
- Independent and resourceful
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills
Additional Information
- Location: The Metropolis (Buona Vista) and North Coast Drive (Woodlands)
- Working Days and Hours: 8am to 5.30pm pm Monday to Friday
- Assignment Duration: Immediate or 01 September 2019
