Job Description

• Evaluate candidate background and present qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring manager

Job Requirement

• Degree in HR or other related discipline with at least 3 years experience in direct sourcing or recruitment agency experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing
• Ability to prioritize and on multiple projects at a time
• Excellent in written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Resourceful, process oriented, method driven
• Understand labour market and trend
• Understand local regulatory requirements

Additional Information

• Location: Tuas, pick up at Jurong East
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Working Date: Immediate
• Contract Duration: 12 months with 1 month bonus
