My client is a world-leading distributor of electronics products with a well-establised reputation. They are currently searching for a Admin Coordinator to be based in their Singapore office.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all customers' enquires
- Enter all purchase orders received into the computer system
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedule
- Prepare and release packing list for delivery
- Attend to quality issues of the goods
- Ensure prompt monthly AR collections
- Undertake any other assignments and duties which the management may assign from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum of "O" Levels/Diploma.
- 2 years of working experience
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia as part of the job duties is to liaise with Indonesian customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
