Job Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers from marketing division on recruitment needs
- Drive data analytics for workforce planning and headcount management
- Analysis of key HR metrics (by talent, organization, skills) to identify trends, insights & action planning
- Lead HR projects on engagement activities and open talent economy
Job Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in a regional HR role
- Experienced working in a matrix organisation (regional role)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Decisive with good project and time management skills
- Available upon short notice
