- Customer Support:
- Attend to customer enquiries on orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide the appropriate response
- Inside sales -follow up with distributors on stock replenishment
- Process service contract billings
- Internal Support
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, sales analysis
- Admin support to coordinate signatories
- Handle ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Words
- Experience in working in a customer service department and are used to providing excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, meticulous, highly organized personality with high level of attention to details
- Good sense of ownership and accountability
- Good planning, prioritization and time management
- Willing to learn and be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$3.5K per month + 1-month bonus
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
