• Customer Support:
  • Attend to customer enquiries on orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide the appropriate response
  • Inside sales -follow up with distributors on stock replenishment
  • Process service contract billings
• Internal Support
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, sales analysis
  • Admin support to coordinate signatories
• Handle ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Words
• Experience in working in a customer service department and are used to providing excellent customer service
• Self-motivated, meticulous, highly organized personality with high level of attention to details
• Good sense of ownership and accountability
• Good planning, prioritization and time management
• Willing to learn and be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$3.5K per month + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
