HR Leadership
- Implement strategic policies and programs to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
- Guide and support line managers in their understanding and application of HR issues, while keeping abreast of industry trends and developments
Performance Management
- Develop, implement, and review all performance management processes and documentation, providing ongoing support in the facilitation of counselling and disciplinary processes
- Manage employee development and career paths through training and performance review process; manage post review action plans in continuous effort to develop high potential performers
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, review and recommend solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees; conducts benchmarking and work with Management, ensuring programs are in line with market, industry and internal requirements
- Lead in Staff performance review and succession planning
Learning & Development
- Lead the Training Team to ensure that training roadmaps are aligned with business goals
- Work with Operations Management to identify Learning and development requirements
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, review and recommend solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees; conducts benchmarking and work with Management, ensuring programs are in line with market, industry and internal requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in HR supervisory function
- Assertive and proactive with a mindset of resolving problems independently in the face of ambiguity
