Job description:
Talent Acquisition
- Support HRBP in recruitment function of the company
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to conducting interviews with hiring managers
- Source for new talents through recruitment events, recruitment websites, and other platforms
- Liaise with hiring managers in terms of recruitment function
- Propose creative and effective recruiting plans to increase talent pool size
- Negotiate employment offers and manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process
Training & development
- Lead in the function of training and development for the group of companies
- Identify and analyse company's learning needs
- Ensure all the training related reports are ready for submission and approvals
- Manage training calendar and ensure smooth operation of training programmes
Performance management and engagement
- Assist in HRBP in providing a framework to drive employee engagement and retention
- Conduct performance management & engagement projects to provide a positive work environment for all employees
- Support in compensation & benefit as well as staff welfare matters
General function
- Assisting HRBP in the implementation of HR strategies relating to talent acquisition & development, employee relations, and compensation and benefit
- Identify and resolve any HR issues and concerns
- Involve in implementation of new software and data migration projects
- Provide suggestions and support in formulating new HR strategies and streamlining the HR processes for the company
- Discuss with hiring manager and update job description accordingly
- Assist in handling payroll/insurance matters when needed
- Participate in any HR projects as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Degree in human resource management, business studies or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiar with HR related practices and employment laws in Singapore
