The Role
- Provide general HR administration (i.e. updating employee details, setting new starters in the system, keeping staff records up to date, producing drafts of HR documents such as employment contracts, drafting references, serving employee relations meetings and business meetings in regards of taking minutes and more, recruitment administration.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Working in collaboration with the recruitment team, to support with administration tasks.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Assisting where necessary as HR note-taker in formal meetings.
- Performing payroll/benefit-related administration tasks.
- Complete termination paperwork, updating HR systems and assisting with exit interviews.
- Preparing new employee files, data input of new starters onto the electronic HR system.
- Process staff changes in line with payroll deadlines and produce documentation to employee confirming changes.
- Complete documentation in respect of reference requests.
- Liaising with the recruitment team to produce employment compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Support the Group Head of HR with additional duties.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years HR work experience in E-commerce, Internet or food delivery industry.
- Be willing to learn and be hands-on, be proactive, bright, and flexible
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Be willing to learn new systems and procedures
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Be highly organized.
