Main Tasks

  • This position is responsible for develoiping and implementing interventions for agile and lean organization cultures
  • This position is also responsible for conducting research on best practices, continuously deriving and applying the organizational culture applicable to client, and creating employee development program to improve workplace culture



Roles & Responsibilities
Value Proposition Creation for Agile Organization

  • Specify the image of agile organization culture and develop strategies to realize agile workplace
  • Establish principles of an agile organization and Distribute the principles to sub-organizations and employees
  • Coach employees and leaders (the concept of agile organization, agile process, communication, etc.)
  • Manage daily activities of agile teams (writing backlog, prioritizing tasks, etc.)
  • Organize and facilitate communication event such as sprint planning, stand-up meeting, and backlog improvement
  • Excavate best practices and draw implications and set performance indicators of the agile organization
  • Measure and Monitor the performance indicators of agile organization and achievement of the Agile Team



Organization Culture Improvement

  • Develop and Implement innovative and new ways of work
  • Create and administer Culture Change Program for the positive organization culture
  • Devise and execute organization culture program based on the HQ's organizational culture and the way of work
  • Analyze best practices of MNCs and major local companies and continuously improve client's' organization culture based on the implications
  • Reflect EX (Employee Experience) on HR process and policy and facilitate employees to have better experience in our company



HRD Program Development / Administration

  • Devise human resource development strategy and the development programs aligned with the strategy (curriculum, the concept of session, etc.)
  • Devise employee training programs for the Scrum / Agile methodology
  • Assess training needs and Create a budget plan for employee development activities
  • Develop indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training and Monitor the training results

Background & Education

  • Bachelor's degree (all majors)
  • Total 5 - 7 years of culture specialist, HR or Agile Coach/Scrum Master experiences
  • At least 3 years of working experience in MNCs or ICT or Auto Industry
